Deb started her HR career as a contingency search recruiter. She has since held leadership roles in HR and talent acquisition for companies large and small, including Morgan Stanley, Nielsen, Google, Recyclebank, and Unilever.

Today, as Gray Scalable’s Co-Founder and Principal, Deb specializes in human resources consulting and targeted search in the areas of sales, business development and operations for startups and growth-stage companies.

Deb holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three sons.
